Console login uses email + password. When CorAuth is enabled, a phone call to the administrator number (614-286-8688) asks you to press # to approve.

Guided sessions

Create a join code under Guided, then send the client the Guided portal link. They can Quick-install the agent, run a PowerShell one-liner, or join in the browser.

Managed agents

Deploy the Windows agent MSI or a one-time install link. Agents appear under Managed and can accept unattended sessions.
